Hey! I’m Jakob, 19 years old and from Austria. Since I have been a child I loved adventures and was introduced to sailing by my grandparents and dad. Soon I developed a passion for this sport and since my childhood I dreamt about sailing around the world.

After working towards this dream and refitting an old boat in the Netherlands for three years I finally set off to break the record for the youngest circumnavigation by a German-speaking person. Also photography was a huge part of my childhood and developed into a passion which I’m combining with this adventure and allows me to capture unique moments.
